In Loving Memory Janet Marie Hernandez 4/29/1961 -7/14/2010

Janet Marie Hernandez, 49, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday July 14, 2010 in the early hours of the morning, in her home in Shasta Lake, CA.

Janet was born in Chicago Illinois to Ralph and Bernice Tarabori in April, 1961. She grew up there with her brothers. Later the family moved to Phoenix AZ where she attended and graduated from her high school in Tucson. She was married to Rudy Hernandez on February 19, 1983 in Phoenix AZ. They later moved to Woodland, CA where they had their child in October of 86. Shortly after they moved and settled down in Redding where she lived for the remainder of her life.

Throughout her early work years she worked in banking. After moving to Redding, she was employed by the Enterprise School District as a Special Education Teaching Assistant for several years until her health declined. She was then able to stay at home where she enjoyed many hobbies such as Stamping, Scrap Booking, Card Making, and a variety of related crafts.

She was preceded in death by her parents Ralph and Bernice, her aunt Jerry McCaleb, and her paternal grandmother Anna Pacetti.

She is survived by: her husband Rudy M. Hernandez Jr. and son Travis L. Hernandez both of Shasta Lake, CA. Her brothers Steve Tarabori and his family, and Mark Tarabori and his son. Her uncle Mike McCaleb, all of Phoenix AZ. She is also survived by her many close friends.
