Manual A. Fernandez was born to Eliseo and Marie in Cuba on September 27th 1951. At the age of 4 he was brought to California never to know his birthright, as his parents had passed serving during the Cuban Revolution. During his time here with us he gained lifelong friendships few ever get the opportunity to experience. His ability to except others for who they are and never judge was truly one in a million. He was a very kind and big hearted man and will be extremely missed. He made an impression on each person he passed and changed many life’s. This is a man who will never be forgotten! He is survived by his significant other Renee of Shingletown,CA, his daughter Andrea of Redding CA , Grandsons Devin, Austin and Reece of Redding CA. He is also is survived by a little boy he wrapped his heart around and took as his own, Lawrence of Shingletown CA.
